Alexandra is a Consultant in Beaumont Bailey’s Industrial practice. She works with clients across the industrial automation space to find the very best senior talent in the market. Her role includes identifying and engaging with senior leadership for specific search mandates, market mapping and supporting clients with their executive resourcing needs.

Alexandra has eight years’ experience recruiting the best talent within various industries including engineering and industrial manufacturing, as well as coaching young recruiters. Additionally, she holds a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Organisational Psychology.
