George Dobbins

George co-founded Beaumont Bailey with the vision to create an executive search business that can become a true partner for industry. George aims to achieve this by supporting clients through the holistic leadership cycle including talent acquisition, people analytics, succession planning and leadership development.

Primarily working throughout the infrastructure, industrial and technology markets, George has partnered with organisations throughout the UK and Europe, ranging from PLC’s to private equity backed and high-growth start-ups.

George has delivered board-level and leadership mandates including country, divisional and regional leadership roles, alongside specific functional roles such as digital, commercial and technical leadership.

George is a mentor for several proptech and construction-tech organisations, where he supports founders on the build-out of their leadership teams, organisational culture and team dynamics. He has also co-authored a series of research papers alongside the Institution of Civil Engineers titled, “Digital Transformation: The Evolution of Leadership”.
