Marcus Emmet

Marcus leads Beaumont Bailey’s Smart Infrastructure practice. He is focused on senior and executive appointments for global manufacturers of smart technologies used to improve efficiency, sustainability, and performance of the built environment.

Prior to joining Beaumont Bailey, Marcus was a qualified chartered surveyor working on residential, office and hotel development projects across Europe.
