Marina MacLeod

Marina supports the research and delivery of various search assignments across the industrial and manufacturing, real estate, investment, and technology sectors.

Her role involves identifying and engaging top leadership talent for specific search mandates, market mapping and supporting clients with senior talent needs.

Prior to joining Beaumont Bailey, Marina graduated with a degree in International Relations (MA Hons) from the University of Glasgow and spent a year studying at Sciences Po in Paris as part of her degree. She has professional work experience spanning a range of sectors including Sales, Public Relations, and Politics.
