Robin joined the team in April 2020 to lead Beaumont Bailey’s Leadership Development practice, advising clients on human capital management, leadership development, talent assessment and successful on-boarding practices.
With over twenty-five years of HR experience, including senior leadership positions at Pepsi-Co, Avon and S&P Global, Robin is uniquely positioned to help organisations identify, develop and deploy the talent they need to excel over the long term.
Robin has extensive experience working with major multi-nationals as well as independent and start-up businesses on the design of development programs for high potential talent, succession planning, organisational design and executive coaching. Her expertise enables her to find solutions that fit each client’s unique challenges, ensuring long term impact.
In her previous role, Robin was the Chief Talent Officer for S&P Global, working out of the US, leading all talent initiatives and workforce planning strategies across five global businesses. She was responsible for the overall talent agenda, leadership development, talent acquisition, organisational effectiveness, and engagement enabling S&P Global’s business strategy.
