When we launched Beaumont Bailey, we set out to create a business that built strong and trusted relationships with leadership that provide tailored support where it is needed most.

We have listened to our clients and we have decided to create an outplacement service which offers outgoing executives the support and guidance they may need, as they transition careers – potentially into new industries, functions or specialisms.

Over the past two months, we have worked closely with our Head of Leadership Development, Robin Landsman, to design a 1-2-1 programme for executives that supports them in the areas that will provide the most value to them. Robin’s prior experience working as a Senior HR Director Chief Talent Officer and Executive Coach to businesses such as Pepsico, Avon and S&P Global has been instrumental in helping to shape a personal and development focused service for executives.

Whilst is this a service we hope will not be required,  if  this is something you or your firm are interested in, or if you are considering redundancies, restructuring or want to understand more about the service, we would welcome a conversation.
