In February we were fortunate enough to be invited along to the Business of Brand (BoB) personal brand day.

The personal brand day is part of BoB School – a six-day course taught in person by Linzi Boyd, an inspirational entrepreneur and author of the bestselling book Brand Famous.

The BoB School was set up to inspire and educate a new generation of business leaders to create a famous brand and make you and your business stand out in a crowded marketplace. The school teaches entrepreneurs and senior leadership of businesses to create the strategic vision and direction so the business can both leverage and scale, driven off their true purpose. For us, this is all about delivering better quality for our customers by improving the capability and performance of leadership teams.

On the personal brand day, Linzi and the team helped us map out a personal brand blueprint with a focus on defining our hidden assets and building out a  brand-led growth plan to help build out the bigger value in our business so that we can make a more meaningful and positive impact on our sectors.

It was a fascinating day which has left us with plenty of work to do and action points to implement, but a renewed sense of purpose and clarity around the future direction of travel for us individually and collectively as a leadership team.
