Meet the Team: Alex Catana, Consultant – Industrial & Manufacturing

Alex Catana is a Consultant in Beaumont Bailey’s Industrial practice, where she supports clients across the industrial automation, and the wider industrial and manufacturing sectors. Her role includes identifying and engaging with senior leadership for specific search mandates, market research and mapping, whilst supporting clients with their executive resourcing needs.

Beaumont Bailey’s Industrial practice, headed by Co-Founder and Director, James Pope, reaches across the global industrial and manufacturing sectors. Its specialisms span; process industries, industrial goods and technology, industrial services, distribution, building materials, automobility and energy. The industrial team has a unique ability to identify internationally experienced leaders spanning multiple disciplines. With positions ranging from board level to senior functional, cluster and country leadership assignments, the Industrial practice boasts an impressive track record working with major multinational organisations.

Prior to joining Beaumont Bailey in 2023, Alex gained 8 years of experience recruiting talent across a variety of industries, including engineering and industrial manufacturing. Her exceptional networking and relationship-building mean she has built a diverse and highly skilled network of executives from across the industrial space.
