The Beaumont Bailey Residential Development Salary Report 2023 is a deep dive into the salary and remuneration landscape of UK Directors and Executives from across the industry.

Working in partnership with Housing Today, Beaumont Bailey contacted over 1,000 Directors, Divisional MD’s and Regional Chairs requesting their salary and remuneration information.

The results of the survey provide an accurate representation of current market conditions. This will provide senior leaders across the space with a better understanding of trends within specific skill sets and enable fair and reasonable comparisons. In addition to salary information, respondents also shared their thoughts around the current state of the market, what most affects their job satisfaction and their confidence in the future of the UK housing market.
