Alex Berman

Alex leads Beaumont Bailey’s global Process Industries and Industrial Manufacturing practice.

He partners with organisations at the forefront of global production, innovation, and transformation, advising on the appointment of senior leadership across markets that are fundamental to international supply chains and increasingly central to sustainability and digital transformation agendas.

Alex works with a broad range of clients, including multinational corporates, private equity firms, and their portfolio businesses, delivering board-level and senior functional mandates. He is a trusted advisor on leadership strategy, supporting clients in building high-performing executive teams, developing succession pipelines, and attracting senior executives and Non-Executive Directors to drive long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Beaumont Bailey, Alex spent 12 years at Granger Reis, where he was a Partner within the Mining & Metals and Industrial Technologies practices. During this time, he built a strong track record in executive search while also developing the firm’s supply chain functional capability across its global practice areas.
