Emma Callahan

Emma is part of the Technology and Innovation Leadership team at Beaumont Bailey. Emma brings a wealth of recruitment experience, spanning executive searches and lower-level placements across commercial verticals including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and HR. Specializing in PropTech, Emma possesses extensive knowledge in CRE/Industrial, multifamily/residential, ESG, and construction technology organizations. She has worked with Seed series businesses up to post-IPO organizations to develop talent strategies and execute on growing their teams.

In addition to consulting with businesses for talent, she has also worked on several thought leadership series in the PropTech space, including various company spotlights, webinars, and speaking to college students about the future of the built environment. With a background in Human Resources, she is passionate about helping grow diverse teams in the space and working with various businesses to develop DE&I inclusive strategies.
