Emma is a key member of the Technology and Innovation Leadership team at Beaumont Bailey, specialising in executive search across defence, autonomy, and AI-enabled industrial capability.

With nearly five years of experience in strategic recruitment, she has led executive searches and supported leadership builds across both commercial and highly technical functions. Her work focuses on companies operating at the intersection of defence technology, advanced manufacturing, industrial AI, autonomous systems, and mission-critical software.

Emma partners with organisations ranging from venture-backed dual-use innovators to growth-stage defence technology firms and established industrial players modernising their capabilities. She understands the distinct pressures facing companies operating within national security, procurement-led environments, and sovereign capability development, particularly those scaling across the US and UK markets.

Her experience spans CEO, C-suite, VP and senior functional mandates across autonomy engineering, AI/data, product, commercial leadership, operations, and program delivery. She works closely with leadership teams to align talent strategy with commercial growth, technical delivery, and long-term capability development.

Beyond executive search, Emma contributes to industry dialogue across defence and emerging technology ecosystems, facilitating conversations between founders, operators, investors, and established primes on leadership, innovation velocity, and transatlantic collaboration.

With a background in Human Resources, she maintains a strong focus on building high-performing, diverse leadership teams and advising companies on long-term workforce strategy in complex and rapidly evolving markets.
