George Richardson

George Richardson is an Associate Director at Beaumont Bailey and specialises in executive search and leadership advisory across energy infrastructure and industrial markets and leads our global Energy & Fuels Practice.

George has developed a strong track record partnering with infrastructure developers, industrial groups and investors to build leadership teams across LNG, gas and emerging fuels. He works internationally, supporting mandates across Europe, the Middle East, the United States and APAC.

He has delivered C-suite, board and senior functional appointments, as well as regional and country leadership mandates, often in the context of international expansion, platform build-out and complex infrastructure delivery. In addition to executive search, George advises clients on succession planning, leadership mapping and organisational design, ensuring businesses are equipped with the leadership capability required to execute large-scale, capital-intensive projects.

George works with a broad range of organisations, from global corporates and industrial leaders to growth-stage platforms and infrastructure-backed businesses. He also partners closely with infrastructure investors, supporting the build-out of leadership teams within portfolio companies and advising on talent strategy across the investment lifecycle.
