James is Managing Director at Beaumont Bailey and leads the Global Industry Practice.

As one of the leading executive head-hunters in the building materials, industrial manufacturing and consumer durables sectors, James has developed a track record of successfully partnering with firms to strengthen leadership teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America.

James has delivered board level, as well as senior functional, cluster and country, leadership mandates and has successfully led several leadership development programmes for some of the world’s largest industrial businesses. He also has a wealth of experience with medium-sized independents and small industrial start-ups. In addition, James regularly partners with private equity firms on cultivating leadership talent pools, building succession pipelines and attracting Non-Executive Directors for portfolio businesses.
