Jess Giles Brown

Jess plays a key role in supporting the research and delivery of search assignments across the industrial and manufacturing, real estate, and technology sectors. Her role involves identifying and engaging top leadership talent, conducting market mapping and helping clients navigate their evolving talent needs.

Before joining Beaumont Bailey, Jess studied History at the University of Bristol, where she developed her creative, critical, and analytical skills. Her dissertation focused on humanitarian and genders rights, areas she remains deeply passionate about. Outside of work, Jess is strongly committed to giving back, with experience volunteering at a homeless shelter and contributing to various charitable initiatives. She is also an avid hockey player, drawn to both the competitive nature of the sport and the camaraderie it inspires.
