Mia-Rose Gillison

Mia-Rose supports the research and delivery of various search assignments across the industrial and manufacturing, real estate, and technology sectors. Her role involves identifying and engaging top leadership talent for specific search mandates, market mapping and supporting clients with senior talent needs.

Before joining Beaumont Bailey, Mia-Rose earned her degree in Neuroscience at the University of Exeter, focusing her studies on the behavioural aspects of the field. Her dissertation explored the applications of neuromarketing in understanding consumer behaviour. She has a strong passion for ethics and a keen interest in understanding what drives and inspires people. Additionally, her creative nature has fostered her interest in branding and business strategy.
