Tom leads the Climate Technology and ESG Advisory practice at Beaumont Bailey, where he supports clients and candidates across the built environment sector to build high-performing teams and identify new opportunities within climate tech, ESG, and sustainability. With a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving climate and ESG landscape, Tom works closely with organisations to navigate the challenges of building resilient and sustainable businesses in today’s market. 

Before joining Beaumont Bailey, Tom spent 3  years specialising in ESG and sustainability recruitment, providing tailored talent solutions to leading firms in Real Estate, Financial Services, Consultancy and Climate Tech. His expertise has helped numerous businesses, including VC and PE-backed firms, successfully grow their ESG and sustainability teams, ensuring alignment with evolving market demands and regulatory requirements. 

Tom has also led successful interview series, sharing insights from industry leaders, and has a strong track record of delivering talent solutions. Prior to his career in recruitment, Tom spent 13 years leading global sales and operations teams in the luxury travel industry, where he developed a unique understanding of client relationships, business development and operational excellence.
