New faces on board at Beaumont Bailey

We welcome three new team members following year of rapid growth

Specialist Executive Search Firm, Beaumont Bailey, hires three new team members following a year of extensive growth. After a successful twelve months, in which the Firm doubled in size, these new hires showcase Beaumont Bailey’s ambitious growth plans within the technology and real estate markets.

Lucy Wright joins the team as Head of PropTech and will be spearheading the firms’ growth within this sector, with specific focus on UK, US and European businesses launching into the UK. Formerly the UK Head for LMRE, Lucy brings extensive expertise in partnering with Founders to scale high-growth technology businesses. Her appointment is a clear indicator of this exciting new firm’s intentions within the sector. Speaking on the appointment, co-founder, George Dobbins commented, “We are delighted to welcome Lucy to the team; her industry knowledge and expertise will be vital to the company’s development in the PropTech space over the coming years.

“Lucy’s personable consultative and caring style with clients reflects our approach with clients and we’re excited to have her positive energy within the business. To further support the firm’s growth plans within the Built Environment and Technology markets, Beaumont Bailey have hired Henna Mehta to lead the newly established Advisory Network. Henna has joined from the google-backed PropTech business, AskPorter, where she was the Head of Investor Relations. Henna’s background working in PropTech and Innovation brings a wealth of start-up knowledge to the company, having supported businesses from pre-seed through to Series A.

Speaking on her appointment, Henna commented, “Having worked within high-growth businesses, there are a number of pressures and growing pains that Founders go through. I’m really excited by the vision that James and George have for the Advisory Network as it has so much potential to bring together all corners of the industry and contribute to the ecosystem”. The Advisory Network brings together industry leaders and former start-up founders in mentoring and advisory positions for high-growth technology founders.

To promote the firm’s vision across the industrial, investment, real estate and technology markets, Aidan Lewis joins the team as Marketing Manager. Aidan brings years of industry knowledge to Beaumont Bailey, with extensive experience of delivering successful marketing & PR campaigns for a range of clients and companies. On the appointment, Aidan said, “There is a tremendous amount of high-quality and insightful information that the team produce and there’s an exciting opportunity to build a platform that allows clients and the wider industry to benefit from these insights.”
