Renowned for his expertise in recruiting NEDs, C-Suite Executives, Managing Directors, and Discipline Directors across the UK development space, Elliot is a trusted advisor to industry leaders. He collaborates with house builders, affordable housing organisations, later living & retirement specialists, PRS & BTR experts, mixed-use developers, and land promoters. His clientele ranges from reputable PLCs to emerging SMEs. Before joining Beaumont Bailey, Elliot excelled in the Executive Search industry for 18 years, specializing in mid to senior-level recruitment within the development and property markets.

Senior Associate
Mia-Rose supports the research and delivery of various search assignments across the industrial and manufacturing, real estate, and technology sectors. Her role involves identifying and engaging top leadership talent for specific search mandates, market mapping and supporting clients with senior talent needs. Before joining Beaumont Bailey, Mia-Rose earned her degree in Neuroscience at the University of Exeter, focusing her studies on the behavioural aspects of the field. Her dissertation explored the applications of neuromarketing in understanding consumer behaviour. She has a strong passion for ethics and a keen interest in understanding what drives and inspires people. Additionally, her creative nature has fostered her interest in branding and business strategy.
