Meet the Team: Cobi Busst, Consultant – Industrial & Manufacturing

Cobi Busst is a Consultant in Beaumont Bailey’s Industrial practice, where he supports clients by sourcing key leadership for some of the world’s leading industrial and manufacturing organisations. Cobi has a global talent network spanning four continents, and has completed numerous c-suite appointments within multinational businesses across the heavy and light-side building materials, engineering, technology manufacturing and industrial automation sectors.

Beaumont Bailey’s Industrial practice, headed by Co-Founder and Director, James Pope, has a unique ability to identify and attract internationally experienced leaders who can succeed in today’s highly competitive and rapidly changing economy. Beaumont Bailey works with a broad range of global industrial businesses on executive search and talent projects spanning multiple disciplines. This includes board level as well as senior functional, cluster and country leadership assignments and possesses an impressive track record working with major multinational manufacturing companies, with clients such as CRH, Etex, Carl Zeiss and Martin Marietta.

Prior to joining Beaumont Bailey, Cobi worked as a business manager for a major European technology consultancy and completed a rotation in customer strategy for Robert Bosch. His exposure to large-scale manufacturing organisations and the innovation process for new technologies, particularly within the Aerospace and Automotive industry, led to him establishing relationships with senior industrial talent from the start of his career.
