She launched the community around 18 months ago and has seen its popularity blossom in a short space of time.
Lucy commented: “I am passionate about building diverse and innovative teams in the built environment. My goal is to be a part of a business’ journey by partnering with leaders to help scale their businesses. Not only am I passionate about hiring but also giving back to the ecosystem which is why I am so excited to not only be a part of BETA’s development but why I also launched Women in ConTech 18 months ago. With a strategic and customer-centric approach I believe in working consultatively with my clients and candidates.”
