Matt Harman is a Principal Consultant in Beaumont Bailey’s Industrial practice, working with clients across the chemical industry to find the very best senior talent. Matt works with a variety of clients across specialty chemical producers and distributors and varying end users, with a regional focus across Europe and North America.

Beaumont Bailey’s Industrial practice, headed by Co-Founder and Director, James Pope, works with a broad range of global industrial businesses on executive search and talent projects spanning multiple disciplines. Forming one of the central pillars of the business, the Industrial practice specialises in a variety of sub-sectors, including building materials, process industries, chemicals, industrial goods and technology, automobility, energy, industrial services, and distribution. With a unique ability to identify and attract internationally experienced leaders, the Industrial practice boasts an impressive track record with clients such as CRH, Etex, Carl Zeiss and Martin Marietta.

Prior to joining Beaumont Bailey, Matt gained over 6 years of experience working across executive search in the chemical industry and has built an extensive network of senior talent across various functions, including commercial, technical, manufacturing, and corporate.
