Following years of successive revenue growth and development, our client was challenged with continuing their reactiveness and capitalisation towards new consumer buying trends, for highly innovative and world-renowned solutions for a variety of sectors in their consumer markets division. To assist with this, Beaumont Bailey was tasked with finding a true industry leading professional, blending top-tier consulting experience and agility, with professional experience within academy level organisations.

REQUIREMENTS

The organisation presented Beaumont Bailey with three key criteria for the role:

  1. The individual must be a proven consultant from a top-tier management consultancy. Someone who has also substantiated their consulting experience with multiple years’ experience in a global industrial technology firm.
  2. They must have demonstrable experience within both industrial manufacturing and technology within a consumer goods-oriented business area. Possessing both aptitude and passion for conducting market segmentation, and investment and strategic partnership analysis.
  3. The individual must combine technical abilities and accuracy with exceptional communication and be able to conduct and lead major strategic initiatives on behalf of the Executive Committee.

OUTCOME
